The thought of force feedback and a physics model
that lets you feel the sensation of running down
the front straight with one (or both) front
wheels in the air would be a dream come true.
It would also create a whole new class of game
controllers ...someone would have to come up with
a lever so you can adjust the wing at 140 mph.
We'd need another button for tearaways when the
mud builds up on your visor ... and knee braces
to keep your feet on the pedals ...perhaps a
highs speed fan to blow dirt and *** fumes
into your face too ...<grin>

just checking, but doesn't Sierra/Papyrus already have the physics /
foundations set for a World of Outlaws Sprint car game??
Just take a look at S.O.D.A. Off-Road Racing.. You can 'broadslide' /
powerslide on there!! They already have the Dirt sliding surface physics in
the game. They can work from there!!
