F1UBI: BUG?

I bought the game today here in Italy. The "readme" file  says that is
possible to have some conflicts between the applications bar of Win95
(also when it's removed) and the menus of the game. No solution to this
problem is given!.
Well, the problem is very important, because when i load the game, in
the first menu i can't use the low-right command "load game or
settings", and when in the "replay" menu, the only way to go out is to
RESET THE GAME!!! In fact the exit command does not work at all!!!
Did someone have my same problem????? I am a bit confused... it seems
impossible that a (WIN 95) game is released, and you can't use all the
functions of the menus!!!

I haven't had that problem, but i do have one in that i can't seem to be
able to change a drivers name to mine.
