Has anyone got this up and running? I've downloaded and followed
instructions (clean install, unpack to GTR root folder) and all of the
additional files are there, but the 'HFR Vertigo Cup' button doesn't appear
to be showing up in any of the race menus.

Am I missing something really obvious?
