Acronyms & Controllers ?

Hi all!  Long time no see.

I haven't been on the group in over a year and was wondering what all
the acronyms stand for.  Other than ICR2, GP2 and N1-N2 I'm lost!

Also, what are the best controlers out there.  I'm looking for something
realy heavy duty that I can, possibly, modify with a custom wheel.

CPR = CART Precision Racing by Microsoft (A dud)
F1RS = Formula 1 Racing Simulation by Ubisoft (a fair attempt)
GPL = Grand Prix Legends by Papyrus (Demo should be out by the time
you read this and the game in around 2 months)

Hopefully GPL will be the sim responsible for many of us deleting GP2
and ICR2 off our HDs. Unfortunately nothing else has given us a REAL
SOLID reason to do this yet :((((

The following is from the regularly posted "welcoming" FAQ for r.a.s.:

o People can select the articles which most appeal to them if you
include a keyword in your Subject Field with something about the
topic you are posting about.  Since many different simulators are
discussed, it is highly suggested that you start off your Subject
Field with a "code" related to the topic you are posting. This
will make it easier for readers to choose the posts they wish to
read.  Also, some news readers can actually filter out specific
posts to be read or discarded based on keywords.
    Examples:
        Code            Simulation

        CPR             CART Precision Racing
        DD2             Destruction Derby 2
        F1RS            F1 Racing Simulation
GP1             Grand Prix 1 or World Circuit
        GP2             Grand Prix 2

        ICR2            IndyCar Racing 2
        MTM             Monster Truck Madness
        N1              Nascar Racing 1
        N2              Nascar Racing 2
