There's a bug in GP2CCPE (which, I thought, would have been fixed by
now) in that the author has used numbers 13 and 14 for one team,
instead of 14 and 15 (13 not being used at any time in F1 racing, for
obvious reasons).  Apparently this puts the sequence of the
performance patching out, although I haven't seen an adequate
explanation of how or what the real effect is.

There are a couple of workarounds I hear (though, again, the bugfix is
the best workaround), but I am not at all clear as to exactly what
they are.  It's a pity that what is likely to be the most useful GP2
editing facility should be so stuffed up.

That's a characteristic of the game, only the 'computer' cars are
patchable with
the gp2cce utility.  Hopefully someone will devise another utility to
change the
'player' car's performance.
