heres what there estimated requirements are at the moment
Pentium 233, 32MB RAM, 4MB 3D Graphics card (Voodoo 1 or equivalent), 300MB
hard-drive space.

IIRC the IRC chat log at www.worldsportscars.org
states that the "recommended" spec will be 450mhz . This is what the West
bros have been using . However , since the game won't be released until next
year with a lot of work still to be done on graphics , physics etc , you can
count on this as being minimum spec .

I think 233 mhz might be just enough to run a single car for hotlapping .
You won't run even GPL that well using that spec.

Nope, in fact GPL wont run worth a dog with that spec. I know, I used to
have that.
