Driver is proving itself as an extremely fun piece of software, but...
- The joystick support is limited
- The messages during races appears just where it blocks your view of the
road.
- The police knows where you are even around corners.

Are there any good fansites out there?
What's the latest patch and where can I find it?

The latest patch does not improve the joystick/wheel support (still can't
map some functions to the keyboard) however you'll find it at GT
Interactive's web site - there's a link in a previous post today. A good fan
site to start at is http://pages.infinit.net/accessk/ which not only has the
very handy Mission editor but also a pile of links to other sites.
