Are there any options for a gamecard if your copmuter does not have an ISA
alot?

controller to connect through a USB port.

Well, most sound cards have the gameport built-in, and there are many PCI
style sound cards so you should be all set.  Some controllers will run on
USB, but it usually depends on driver support from the manufacturer.

Thomas sells a Rockfire USB adapter that converts gameport connect wheels
(like their TSW and TSW2 line) to USB.

  The main reason for the gamecards was due to the poor quality of the
soundcard ports.  But "Generally" speaking.  From about the time of the SB
Lives and Aureal A3d cards,  "most" soundcards had a pretty decent gameport
built in.  as always...ymmv

I tried the USB converter from Thomas Enterprises with my TSW. Did not like
it at all. Be nice if there could be some high end wheels that use USB
technology.
