WOW! WHAT A BIG BOX! HEY! A NEW TOY!

But seriously,

Ordered Wheel 1.0 from Comp-USA (the one with black grips). Paid $50
plus $20 for shipping.

Got new version of wheel with red grips - stores have it for $80!

Very pleased. Fun with N2003, GREAT with Viper Racing, and fun with
Ford Racing 2.

Force feedback is fun. Wheel is well-built. Pedals are excellent.

Get 'em while they're hot!

Cool for you. Like I said, I was perfectly happy with the price. Rumor
has it these wheels may not be around much longer - read some article
about Microsoft not doing the Sidewinder thing much longer.

Yours got the red grips? How do you like it?

I have 2 of the non force feedback versions.  One of them is around 4
years old and works flawlessly.  Great wheels, shame they're no longer
made or I'd probably grab a FF model.

They are still out there if you lok around.  Most stores no longer have
them, but you can find them online still
