Is anyone else having this problem?

I can't get WonSwap to work (downloading setups) I get an error message
that says....

Unable to locate specific WONswap software on your system that handles this
download (ID=nascar3_setupfile).

I've tried downloading and reinstalling wonswap with the same result.

I've emailed WonSwap tech support with little results (message back said to
download latest and reinstall) Of course that had already been done. I
told them that and no other response.

Anyone else have any ideas??

I'm having the same problem....... I haven't had any replies from them.

Just out of curiosity, did you install N3 in something other than the
default directory?

Good thought. At first I did. Thinking on those same lines I reinstalled
nascar3 and used the default directories. The same error occured.
