Does anyone have any info on some CD called 'Top Speed'.

It is a collection of shareware and freeware programs for racing
simulations.  It includes Mark Formo's setup editor, and several other
utilities.  Basically it's everything that you've already downloaded off of
the internet.

They have a zillion utilities.  M. Formo's
(http://www.dreamflyr.com/mformo) WIn95 setup viewer, ViewSTG, EditRPY,
Gerhard Lingenberg's great track converters, and more.  In fact, some of
the utilities are hidden there and require you to hunt down the CD.
