What are those F R B controls when driving in Indycar?  They are
located at the top left of the car.  Do they stand for forward,
reverse, and brake?  Also, what do they do?

F and R are the front and rear roll bars.  The higher the setting,
the stiffer the bars.  B is the brake bias F/R.  It controls the
strength of the front and rear brakes.

While this is  correct,  something to add to this:  the setting
controls whether the F or R brake first.  It does help a lot going
into the turns to adjust which way you want to go.  If it's set toward
the front, the car will try to fishtail a little like it's
oversteering (since the front is braking first), but if the rear
brakes first it acts like you have understeer.  I've found these
settings can get you a few extra MPH out of an already good set-up.
