IGPS Now Accepting New Drivers for Season 2

by John Simmo » Sun, 14 Mar 1999 04:00:00

Looking for something to do on Friday nights?  Want to race in a league
full of drivers of varying abilities driving various chassis?  Check out
IGPS.

IGPS is a chassis-locked/restricted league.  What's that mean?  "Locked"
means that once you pick a chassis, you can't change for the rest of the
season.  "Restricted" means that only 4 of each chassis can be claimed.
This helps to avoid the "Sea of Green" phenomena found in so many open
VROC races where it seams like EVERYBODY but you is driving a Lotus.

We run Intermediate/Long races with restricted use of Shift-R (kind of
like Pro races without the Pro restrictions).

Last season was a blast (actually there's one race left, but that's not
the point).

We currently have 14 drivers signed up (from last season) and have room
for 14 more. The new season starts on April 09.
