I haven't seen this one mentioned here, so here it is:

Generally, a really cool free super sprint clone, with a very easy to
use trackeditor. You can also race against the AI :)

Oh yeah, great game! It's about time someone re-did the super-sprint type
racing game!!  You can do as many human players as you can map onto the
keyboard I think... it's really fun with friends.
It's a good change from passing the wheel back and fourth hot-lapping in
F12002.
