night but I'm tight at the apex. It's wearing the living ***
out of my left front. I have been away from Nascar for awhile
and have forgotten what do to correct that. Anyone help??
I'm getting in pretty good, little feather braking about 1/3
through, I'm hititng the apex where I want to almost every time.
As my tires wear, I get really, really tight right at the apex.
On fresh tires I can comfortably carry 166mph through turns 1 and
2 apex (more if I thrash it), and about 163 through turns 3 and 4
apex. Those are comfortable "rhythm" speeds not abusing the
tires. However, after only about 20 laps, I start dropping off
as I get viscously tight. Interestingly, my entrance and exits
seem fairly unaffected even though I get so much pushier in the
apex?? Is that wierd?
I am running a fairly standard setup, 20 lbs cross weight, 51%
front weight, 65 degree spoiler, pretty standard fair. I did
adjust the shocks from the standard ACE setup... maybe that's
where I did it? Any advice would be welcome, thanks. I just
forget the general concepts of loosening up in the center of a
corner. It's especially bummer because I'm so great getting in
and out I don't want to change the car :), :(
