N3: .TRK - .CAR utility?

N3: .TRK - .CAR utility?

I know there's a .trk -> .car utility for NR99, however is there one for
N3?  I'd like to convert the Brian Ruffner paintjob (Johns Manville/Menard
truck) that Sim-World has to  a .car format.  Is this possible?  Thanks!
