I was trying to set up cars on Nascar2 using Nascar 1 setups and they
were very different on Nascar 2, so I went to manual for help and I
noticed that the camber adjustment's are reversed on the game and the
manual ( LF/RF Game and RF/LF Manual looking at nose of car. Which one is
correct???

The camber in the game is correct.  You are looking at the front tires
from the rear of the car.  The LF is on the left, and the RF is on the
right.
