What decides if you build a good or a bad car ?

Is it the level of the designmanager ?

Has anyone got some clues here ?

Greetings

Lars

As far as I can tell, the main factors affecting the quality of your new chassis design are as
follows-

        1.      The skill and expertise of your Chief Designer
        2.      The average skill and ability of your Design Department
        3.      Whether or not you have a CAD network
        4.      Whether or not you have a testing rig

This is, of course, subjective. There is no 'percentage figure' of quality for a new chassis. I
do, however, believe the above to be correct after running several seasons limiting the amount
of things that change other than the chassis.
