got it , it doesnt run with my voodoo 2 card to even install it in
windows.

any suggestion how to get it to work ??

Install it from a DOS box. NFS:SE has no 3D support, so it isn't going
to use your Voodoo card.
I re-installed it a while back when I was in the mood for playing a
moldy oldy, and it installed and played fine shelled out to DOS.

Use your 2d card. You may also need to reduce or turn off your graphics
acceleration... system properties/performance/graphics.
