How good are the track coverters for N1/N2/ICR2 to GPL?

If I wanted to race at Tallegeda with GPL, using the N2 track, is it
easy to do so, and how well does it covert it? Are there many errors
in the graphics, or other bugs?

Where can I download the coverter?

The converter can be found at <www.theuspits.com>. Go to the news page, scroll
down to the 24th of March and click on "the Pits 1,000,000 Celebration". Scroll
down to the bottom of the page to find the "ICR2&N2>GPL converter".

The converter works very well, however, at this time there are only 4 tracks
available, The Glen, Loudon, Phoenix and Hickory. I sure hope the full
converter will be available some day, I'd love to run Laguna and Elkhart Lake
in the GPL cars. Come to think of it, Long Beach and Cleveland might be fun as
well<g>.

I think Mid Ohio would be a blast in these cars as well.  Sears Point would be
fun too.  The Indy Cars actually ran there in 67 (i belive Gurney won).

won).

I remember reading about a USAC race there in Mark Donohue's biography,
but I forget the year. :(

Also, I'm eager for the converters that work the other way (like
TheGlen).  Reenacting the 24hrs of Nurburgring, anyone? <G>  Loads of
good TPTCC tracks to be had!

1968.  Gurney did win.

1000K of Nurburgring, and that 84 Hour thing...

Also, I wanna race where CART and USAC have raced, say, The Glen Long Course
(1981), Mosport (1967, 1968), Mexico City (1980-1981)...
