Ultraforce Simulators, is owned by Pat and based in Kokomo. The
mission of Ultraforce is to bring a more realistic driving experience
to racing simulators. The initial product line is based around 'G-
Seat' technology, which is basically a force feedback seat. The seat
delivers 'seat of the pants' feedback from racing simulator software
to the driver. The G-Seat technology also works with flight
simulators.
The racing organization that Pat is currently involved in is called
'Race2Play'. Their web site is www.race2play.com. They are the
official online racing division of the National Auto Sport Association
(NASA), and conduct online race events under NASA regulations where
applicable to sim racing.
Lee Beard.. one of the very best tuners in NHRA and the Chief Tuner
for David Powers Motorsports Top Fuel team. The two drivers are "Hot
Rod" Fuller and moving from the Nitro-Funny Car ranks is Whit
Bazemore.
After much off season testing David Powers Motosports did well in the
season opening event in Pamona this past weekend. Qualifying 7th Whit
won his first round in Top Fuel by beating Cory Mac while "Hot Rod",
who qualified 2nd, took on and beat Don Herbert to also advance to the
2nd round.
As luck would have it the teamates when up against each other and "Hot
Rod" got Whit by 0.0189 or approximately 9 feet at the finish.
Another guest could possibly be announced shortly.
With cooperation from Mother nature Autosport 2007 look forward to
returning Tuesday after missing two weeks due to the weather.
