IndyCar 2 help, pre-install

Hello,

A friend just got IndyCar 2 and has asked me to go help install on
DOS/WIN31 computer.  I'd appreciate anyone who has any up-front warnings I
should be aware of before I spend twelve hours pulling out my hair.  I
have yet to even see the docs...
