NHRA won't install

When I try to install NHRA the install-a-shield progress bar pops and goes
to 99%,the screen flickers and then nothing else. The machine is 200mhz
pent.,64meg,plenty of disk space and running the Diamond Monster with 4 meg.
I e-mailed Tantrum,but I guess they are not answereing questions of this
nature.
