yes.  Pat Painter has one at http://www.racesimcentral.net/

He states it will be up until GT INSIDER forum is back up.

Yes sorry guys, the server had banned the forum cgi and didn't tell anyone.
So they just locked access to the cgi-bin.  We should be moving into our new
home as soon as the guys over at ga set it up for us.  Hopefully within the
next day or two.
