Was about to post the same question. I assume replacing the arms involves
renaming them to match the arms in the GPLEA releases and copying them into
the respective car folders, but as to where to find them... not a clue (also
searched extensively).
Are we missing something like www.4bitarms.com ??

You can find Eguzo's 4bit arms here: http://eguzo.m4driving.sm/

No, each time I went to install a new GPLEA release I was reminded I'd
forgotten to install this utility, but thought "oh well, I'll do this one by
hand and install GPLAIM later".<g>
Guess I'll have to now, if I don't want a lot of fiddlin' about.
Thanks Don.

Eeeek!! -All the hosted sites at m4driving produce 504 time-outs. Any other
links?

Ok, page now loads, but I don't see any 4bit arms?
I tell you... these files have dissapeared off the face of the earth!

I think is see the problem... "last update 02/11/03"
Problems like this 4-bit/16-bit thing will be gone once we're all using
GF5's obviously. ;-))

I was having the same problems doing a manual install of these files. Try
using GPLAIM or GPLCSM like Don mentioned. Since I intstalled them with
these, no problems at all.
John
CTD problem persists when installing GPLEA releases via GPLAIM vs manual. No
change here.
Do you use 4-bit arms? -If so, can you send me the files or put them up for
download? Finding them is hopeless... been at it all afternoon.

Quote from the page:
"I made alternate arms and hands this time. Hands are made from thicker and
more glossy leather compared with original papyrus one and choice from 10
colors.(default "black") Arms have more random folds so that they look
slightly relaxed impression hopefully. Avaiable in 2 colors .(Default
"white") I named these files exceptionally for ferrari but if you rename
properly these should work with any car in GPL. "

Un-"freaking"-believable... I read that page top to bottom 3 times and
missed it. Even going back now I only noticed it because the link is a
different colour after downloading the file. ;-((
Thanks Don...

"Date homeless girls, you can drop them anywhere!"
The web site that you got GPLCSM from has a simple guide to it's use on it.
It's easy once you know how. Just make a directory for putting the CSM
cars in, set your GPL folder then load up the car in the application and
set which bits you want like 3D helmets, 2D wheels etc. It's really easy
honest.
