Not sure why it happens, but if you run the track the right way, I'll
bet it'll work fine.
Do you think the programmers sat there and said "You know, I bet
someone will run the tracks backwards, so we'd better test it to be
sure it works."
Doubt it.

The only unusual happening that we have noticed is that the damaged
AI cars will disappear off the track at some point in time.
