8.9 cents a minute??

I just recieved a flyer in the mail advertising long distance
service at just 8.9 cents a minute plus a $3.95 monthly
access fee.The main attraction of this service is that this
is their rate for any day of the week and any hour of the day!
For more info, their number is 1-800-569-8700. I hope its
everything they say it is,cause if it is,I'll be taking a lot of
Hawaiian vacations!

I called.  The company is called World Exchange.
They currently offer service in only 20 of the USA states.
AZ,CA,CO,GA,ID,IL,MD,MA,MI,MN,MO,NJ,NY,OH,PA,SC,TN,UT,VA,WI

Yes, they do have a plan where you switch to them as your long
distance company and you pay $3.95 a month plus 8.9 cents per minute
for long distance anywhere in the country.

I'm currently paying $0.00 per month plus 10 cents a minute for
off-peak calls using Sprint.  Connection quality has been excellent.

Any other ideas on a lower cost way to connect to the NASCAR hawaii
beta?

Sprint has just about the same deal without the monthly fee.  It's 10
cents a minute 7PM throught 7AM and all weekend long.  On top of that they
give  10% cash back at the end of the year which brings it to 9 cents a
minute.  I could never race during the day (would we want to? Who's on?)
so this sounds good to me.

I'm not sure of the availability, but I have an access company that only
charges me .10/minute anytime and every tenth call is only .01 cent.
It has worked out, more then once to be my Hawaiian Time....By the way
the company is called Vartec. And I live in So. Florida.

You can check out http://dog.isdn.net/greg/neighbor.htm

It has some rates for Excel which I've been using for over
a year now with no problems.
