As long as the MSFFW in question is a USB model, and the SideWinder 4.0
software for that particular device is used (there are several different
'versions' of SideWinder 4.0), then it should work ok in XP.
It will complain at installation that it might not be compatible, but punt
that dialog away and it will install fine.
