Does anyone know of any books or sites (pay or free) to gather information on
the 1970 Grand National season? Specifically, race and season stats,
biographical info on the drivers, paintjobs, and sponsers that were involved.

There is a "History of Nascar" book that has all the stats (not exact title,
but same concept), it is like a huge bible to nascar. Pics and stuff arent
as easy, find some old mags or programs.

I agree, we need this info. Really Papy should have it anyway, so why not
let the sim racing community have it as well, and let the 'add ons' begin.

Try to find the series called "Forty Years of Stock Car Racing". It is a 4
or 5 book set which basically covers every NASCAR WC race ever run up until
the time it was published. It has a short write up of every race with
stats.
