DeMONS/3 v0.18 is Now Available

I added support for the new *** mode and series mods, as well as
ripping out all support for past versions of the sim (nobody was
using that anyway).

All the pictures in your user-guide are missing/"blank" John...

Yeah, I know - I renamed some files and just haven't gotten around to
it yet. :)
