Guess What! I have descovered a new way to change picture format.
Yes thats right, Jpg-Bmp, Gif-Bmp, Jpg-Gif, and more! Plus this requires
no extra software. All It requires is MS Windows! If you would like more

is for "simple" picture(and other files too) conversion. Not recommended
for high quality conversion attemps.

WOW, THAT'S INCREDIBLE!!!!  There are approximately three gazillion
pieces of shareware on the net that already do the above... Not to
mention, what if anything does this have to do with
rec.autos.simulators???
