Taladega 203 mph Qualifier

I've been able to run a 203.887 mph qualifying time at Taladega with some
minor adjustments to the ace car set-up.  I'm sure there has to be a way
to get more out of the car.  If you have any suggestions I'd love to hear
them.

BTW I'm looking for someone to race against in the Rockville, Maryland
area.
