Can someone tell me where to get 3rd party uitilities for toca from because
i can't find any. SOMEONE must have made one by now.

Unfortunalty,  Codemaster think we are all so stupid that there is no need
to make the game engine and graphic engine easy to crack. They all think we
aren't able to do this, and made the game with a friggin' 300meter high
Metal wall around it.
