gp2nocd problem????

I recently downloaded the gp2nocd program from Pieter's website.  The
patch appears to install ok and I've copied the track data files from
the circuts directory on the CD to a newly created circuts directory on
my hard drive.  However when I try to race, I get a "file not found"
error.  Does anyone have any ideas what the problem could be?  I would
like to try out the new Monza track...
