Toca2: doesn't work on my system. Suggestions?

Toca 2 doesn't finish loading the track, so i never get to play.
Also the music in the menus isn't fluid.

My system is:
Chaintech BTM with Intel 266Mhz
Asus TNT V3400
Soundblaster Live
Logitech formula force

Any suggestions??
