NL's lack of racers

Anyone have any ideas on how to get more racers online for Nascar Legends? I
only have a dialup, so I can host only up to 3 racers; and have no
possibility of a broadband solution within my lifetime. Often, when there is
a host, or hosts online, the race is passworded. There are so few of us, why
do these people feel the need to isolate themselves?

        Who wants to race race cars from the past?<g>  Wonder if those guys
that swear that GPL didn't do well because of the physics are around.

  I would "prefer" the Winged Cars over the plain beasts of today.  But
I had only funds for one of the sims and I chose N3 for two reasons.
The first, as you mentioned, many more online racers in N3.  The second,
is the league I am currently in will probably migrate to N3 so I got
that for online league racing in the future.
  NL would be a great program at the $20 price range, but I can't fork
over full price for another sim when I don't devote enough track time to
the ones I already have.
