Rascar race may not happen...

Ann Arbor(where the servers are) still had power on Thursday.  Now I can't
connect to my servers.  I don't know if they lost power, or someone shut them
off.  Our e-mail server is offline as well, so I tend to think the former.  I
need to find out if they have power NOW, so I can determine if it's worth
driving to the office to reset everything.

I went into the office and reset everything.  So, unless something else blows
up in the next 30 minutes or so, the race will run as scheduled.
