Nascar2 will be Rendition Ready OOTB (out of the box).  There are
currently 4 minimum
requirements to get game certified as Rendition Ready:

1. Texture Mapping
2. Perspective Correct Textures.
3. Bi-Linear Filtering
4. Greater than 25 fps on a Pentium 166mhz processor
(and of course using a Rendition based card)

It's hard to say how it will run on your system when you didn't give
your system specs.  For comparison, the Rendition Ready ICR2 rarely
dips below 30fps on my P120 with full detail.  Nascar2 is a bit more
complicated graphics-wise (the cars are made of more polygons), but
apparently the graphics engine has been further optimized.  I full
expect performance to be at least as good as ICR2, if not better.

The Screamin'3D (just like the other 2 Rendition cards: Intergraph's
Reactor and Creative Labs' 3D Blaster PCI) is a decent all around
performer.  VESA 2.0 resolutions are very fast, but regular old VGA is
miserably slow.  Windows 2D performance is adequate (about the same as
a Mach64 or Stealth64), but this should improve as the drivers
progress.
