I read in the instructions that i could choose between hoosier and
goodyear tires..i cant find anywhere to do so.....can anyone help?

Well, it's been a while since I've run N1, but yes, you can choose your
tars.
I believe it is in either the driver info area or options area. Should be in
same area where you choose your chassis I believe. I no longer have N1 on my
harddrive, or I would look it up for ya.

At the player's car, click on Driver Info and click on tires.  That's where you
choose Goodyear's or Hooiser's.

Driver Info, Player, Tyres, choose. Same with AI in the Opponents menu
FWIW. You can also change the tire type and anything else by editing
the drivers2.txt file, instructions are in the drivers.txt are they
not?

Your change will be represented in the textures on the wheels. If my
memory serves me right, Goodyear's had a bit of red with pre***ly
yellow flashes (the Goodyear name) and the Hoosier's were much duller
(greyer), never saw much of N1 in anything but Vga tho. :)
