F1GP HELMEDIT - New version

There is a new version of the F1GP/World Circuit driver selection screen
helmet editor now available by ftp from didnt.doit.wisc.edu in:
        /PublicFiles/Racing/F1GP/Editors/helmed02.zip
along with a couple of minimalist utilities for export and import of the
data for use with external image editors in:
        /PublicFiles/Racing/F1GP/Editors/helmutil.zip

There are several usability enhancements in this version, together with
a new 1995 helmet images file which is considerably more realistic than
the previous one.  Enjoy!
