Picking out a Wheel controler

by Slas » Fri, 18 May 2001 03:14:35

I know that this question is asked on this group about every week, but
please bear with me.
I am in the market for a wheel controler, but I cannot afford or
justify $500-$1000 for a TMS F1 or something like that.  I mainly play
GP3 and will get back into GPL once I get a wheel that works well.  FF
is not a major requirment for me.  Right now I have CH Pro Pedals that
I love and a CH joystick as the steering controler.  The pedals are
fantastic, fit under my desk well and don't slip.  Also, since they
are the right size for my feet and they have lips on the pedals so
your feet won't slip off.  My joystick however prevents me from making
small corrections, hence why I am looking for a wheel.  The main
requirment is solid control and the ability to use my current pedals
instead of the ones that will come with the wheel.  Any help would be
greatly appreciated.
