Hi all!
Has someone already noticed that in Barcelona every green part of the
cars changes to a light brown ? It happens with both: the cars and the
***pit colours.
It happens only in Barcelona, i haven't recognized it at any other
circuit.
I'm using the german version of gp2, so I don't know if its typical
for that version or if its the same with all others.
I'm using the car designs created by PK Arnall and the***pit colours
changed by myself with gp2ccptc. So probaply its a matter of the
colours used in the palette.
If someone has the same problem or better: Has not and knows why
please tell me

I mentioned this a while back. I think it's a problem with the
pallette in gp2jam. The orignal jams are fine but if you convert them
to bitmaps and then back the green turns brown. I know it happens at
Barcelona and maybe 1 other track.

I think it occurs at Estoril as well. A bit annoying. I spent some time
converting the Jordan 194 paint scheme only to have part of it change to
this "baby food" brown colour.

Yes I've noticed this as well. I have the U.S. English version so it
looks like it happens to all versions?

Ever since I've donwloaded the '96 carset, one of the cars (I believe
it's
the Tyrrell) has always changed the color of its tires (!) to blue on
every
track. However, when I get close to the car, the tire goes back to being
a
regular black colored tire. It's too strange to being just a simple
palette
problem - if the tires look blue from a distance why does it change back
to
a nice regular tire when the car gets bigger (ie. when I get closer)?

This is mentioned somewhere in the help-file of gp2jam v2.0. I believe you may
have overpainted an area of the bmp that contained shades which serve as the
tire-colours. Just take a look at it.
