setups viewer/editor for Windows?

I have a NACSAr Racing setup viewer and editor for DOS.  Does anyone know
of one written for Windows.  It seems that those programming dudes could
whip one up in a night, and it sure would be faster and easier to manage
all the setups I've collected.

I have a windows setup viewer that is 80% complete.  When I asked if
anyone wanted
one before, I got no response.  If I get some responses this time, I
will finish
the program.

That would be great.  What I would like to see in a setup editor is
the ability to look at any setup on the hard disk, not just one that
is in the Nascar or Indycar directory.  I would also like to be able
to edit or enter setups while out of the game.  That way I could look
at and enter setups I pull of the net.  Most of the editors i've seen
so far only allow you to view setups that are in the tracks directory.
That way you could click on a setup on the hard disk and have Win95
linked to the .stg file, allowing you to instantly look at a setup by
clicking on it.  Just my opinion.  :)

Mike, it looks like I am not alone.  If I were subscribing to this
newsgroup when you made the original offer, I would have replied with a
big RESPONSE.  If you finish the program and announce it, I'm sure I
won't be the only one who says, "Thanks, Mike!!!"
