Have all other cars already.  At a loss for these two.
Need to complete for a 54 car set. I know ony 39 can be
there, but would like option to choose which cars.

  The 88 car you are referring to is the David Ridling Motorsports car.
This is a Busch Grand National team, not a WC team, as Dale Jarrett
drives the 88 WC car.

Lepage and Ridling will run #86 in five unspecified WC races later this
season (while keeping #88 in BGN).  The car has apparently not debuted
yet.
