It's great.....well worth the d/l as you say.

Any problems might be Direct X related...it does say it needs DX8 in
install....

Enjoy

Dag Todd? I wonder what I am doing wrong then? hmmm?
Intel P3 800mhz, Abit SA6R mobo, GF2GTS Pro or Twin
Voodoo2s in SLI, 256megs PC133Dram, SbLive, DX-8a
Win98SE and I guess that is it for the important info.....eh?
HELP!!! Tia.. Thom_j.

| I had no problems at all on my Celeron 450, Voodoo3/3000, DirectX8
| machine. Pretty nice little arcade game too. Definitely worth the
| download.

I saw the menu-pop'up for DX8 but it was highlighted with a "no" and
I thought the game knew I have DX8a.. Odd huh? Btw it installed just
fine It's when I get into the game itself is where my porblem is! Also is
a mouse cursor suppose to appear or no? Tia.. Thom_j.

I just downloaded it and tried it with my Thrustmaster Nascar Pro
Digital 2. It looks good but the steering has no "dead zone" and was too
sensitive. I ended up making lots of tiny corrections back and forth.
There also seems to be a delay between steering input and the resulting
direction change. Initially I'd overcorrect, skid, overcorrect, etc.,
then I got the hang of it. I can live with it, but I wish I could change
the steering sensitivity. The default car has the typical front wheel
drive understeer problem when you lock the brakes; you just keep going
straight. If that's good or bad I don't know.

Hmmmmmm...haven't tried it yet, but I wonder if it will let me play
Gran Tourismo2 in Connectix Virtual Game Station with my wheel -it
works but there's a point when you turn the wheel at about 45 degrees
where the wheels are either turned all the way or not... BTW, GT2 in
VGS is VERY ***ive even with the keyboard! Connectix has a mail-in
rebate for VGS that makes it free at some stores. I got mine at
MicroCenter and I'll net a two dollar profit!
