GPL2AVI Version 1.7?

I'm making a GPL movie and some helpful people told me I needed GPL2AVI v1.7
to do the Matrix(frozen time) mode.  I've done google and deja searches but
haven't found it anywhere.  I'm using v 1.6.  Anybody got a link?

Is there a site that explains how to use GLP2AVI and which capture setting
to use?

Thanks for the link Hans :)  JC, basically all you need to know is F4 to
start recording and F8 to stop recording.  When you install the program and
launch gpl it tells you what the other keys do.
