I've been have problems calibrating joystick. I can calibrate joystick
in win 95 but when I go to Nascar 2 progam won't let me calbrate so i
went to sierra.com and figured that I needed a game card. went out and
bought one but i couldn't disable me game port an my soundblaster 16
P N P in the mean time got a t2 steering wheel and nothing works . The
steerring wheel doesn't work or a joystick doesn't work. What am I
doing wrong do I have to load N2 in Dos or is there a way of making it
work in win95. I still haven't been able to disable my gameport in sb16.
I don't know a whole lot about computers so if you can reply be fairly
specific on
instructions.

any help would be greatly appreiciated!!!

             email

                                                I'm ready to throw the
game the controler and the game card in the
garbage!!!

Some may disagree, but Win95 handles DOS games better. Locate your Sierra
directory using your Explorer, assuming you loaded N2 on your HD. There
will be a shortcut to N2 racing already there...drag it to your desktop.
Right mouse click on that icon and choose properties. A window will pop up
with several tabs...choose the tab labeled Program. In the "Run" command
place maximized. Click on the Advanced button and clear the flag for
"Suggest MS-DOS mode as necessary" and "MS-DOS mode. Flag the "Prevent
MS-DOS based programs from detecting Windows". Now choose the Screen tab
and flag "Full Screen". Choose OK and check to see if your new icon will
work. I am sure it will. As for your joystick you may need to calibrate it
in Control panel under the Start menu.
