I have a Duron 1Ghz ABIT KR7A-133 RADEON 7500 (last drivers) DirectX 8.1
system, i can't run CMR2 patch 1.09.
When i double click on the icon, a window appears, "Setting configuration to
default", i click and the game abort (black screen).
I've looked everywhere on the net to find the solution, any help would be
welcome...

I'm pretty sure this will work, althought the solution is REALLY stupid.
Under display properties, where it shows a picture of the two monitors.
Right click on the second monitor (the one on the right) and enable it. you
might also have to check off the box that says "extend desktop...".
As weird and wrong as it is, enabling a secondary display lets CMR2 not
work. at least it did for me (radeon 7500) as well as a lot of other radeon
users.
