Indycar-Nascar-F1?

I took off the last week on vacation, coincidentally the same time my upgrades
for Indycar arrived <G>.  I now have a real appreciation for the work you did
on the NASCAR set, as I have spent the greater part of a week trying to do my
own F1 car set.

I used a videotape of the last 2 F1 races to try and get the proper colors and
sponsor markings.  I see a real limitation in the Paintkit application, there
is a lot of room for improvements to be made.....cut and paste, naming of
import/export files, etc.

One of the biggest problems I have is the rendering of sponsor decals, I can do
simple 2-color hilight/lowlight markings, but I can't seem to match the
pixellated ones from the original ones or from yours.  I have to admit I
pinched some of yours as a base for my F1 carset.  I don't know if it is good
enough to release to the world for critiqueing.  If so, there will definitely
be a byline credit to you.

Whenever I use Paintkit on the Cars94 set that was released earlier, it seems
to hang right around the King Racing car #40 and car #80.  Wonder why??

There also seems to be an Indycar internal limit of number of cars and number
of engines, which  doesn't do well for the F1 car/driver/chassis/engines that
are out there.

I would be very interested in obtaining an F1 set.  You guys are cool!!!

That's what I used on my set, but much detail was left out due to rushing to
get the set ready for our Racing series.  With assistance, the set (now called
CARS94a is available at didnt.doit.wisc.edu:/Racing/ICR

Byline?  the INDY set or the NASCAR set?

Sounds weird.

Yes, there's a limit of 6 chassis and 5 engines, but I understand that is not
necessarily unchangable.

It comes with the Indianapolis Add-On pack from Papyrus.
