> Speedvision will be showing "Grand Prix" the evening of Sept. 13th and
> again the next afternoon.    According to their website, it will be
> the letterboxed version and there will be only three "intermissions"
> for commercials.   In addition, they'll have interviews with Jim
> Garner and John Frankenheimer about making the movie.

Here are some more Speedvision shows you won't want to miss in September:

There is a 2 part episode of Legends of Motorsport titled "Nine Days in
Summer." This program chronicles the Cosworth engine from Zandvoort to he
end of the 1967 season - including some spectacular film from Spa, and
there is footage from the Glen.

Mark down Monday September 14th at 6pm eastern and if you miss it - the
show re-airs that night (technically the 15th) at 3:30am for part 1. Part
2 airs the next day (9/15) at the same times. It is Legends of Motorsport
episodes 36 and 37. Of course the schedule is subject to change - so keep
checking the listings.

Also there is a great film called "The Ringmasters" and it is a
documentary of the 1967 German Grand Prix at the Nurburgring. That stuff
is pretty awesome too - Clark, Gurney, Hulme, and see if you recognize a
very young David Hobbs.

"The Ringmasters" is Legends of Motorsport episode # 44 and it airs next
on Thursday September 24 at 6pm and then again at 3:30am. And, as usual,
the schedule is subject to change.
